Geocache Description:

Breakfast anyone?? How about breakfast and some Island Hopping......

So here’s the plan for the event.

We will be meeting at McDonalds in West Salem at 9am. It’s located at 570 Wallace Rd. NW. We can meet up and get some breakfast and enjoy some geo-chat and discovering any trackables that are there for the discovering.

After our Breakfast Event Feel Free to Join us for some Island Hopping!!!

Mr. K decided it was time to go find all those vexing caches on Islands in the Willamette River. Since a Kensquach does not fit well in an inflatable raft the search was on to borrow a canoe. Since so many of our fellow cachers have indicated they would like to participate in this adventure we decided the more the merrier!!

So come one come all bring your boat your lifejackets and your paddles and lets all have some fun in the sun. There are several caches on the islands but they are spread out between Buena Vista ferry and Wallace Marine. The following is a list of the caches on Islands in the Willamette.

Hopefully we will all be able to gather at the boat launch by 10:30. Please plan to bring your own picnic type lunch and plenty of water or fruity drink of your choice. You may choose to arrive for such an event in your best Hawaiian print shirt (no problem for NMartin) to go along with the theme.
