This is one of four caches placed on conservation land in Barrington, NH. This cache is very close to the trail head, with virtually no bushwhacking. I played in these woods as a kid, and there are plenty of trails to be explored - this should get you on your way. Other caches in the area are "Gram's Bottlecap cache", "Trolls and Treasure", and "Take Me Out to the Ballgame".
There are some neat things down these trails - a pond, a swamp, lots of berries and tracks in the summer. For many years, this was privately owned protected land - no hunting - so the wildlife was abundant. There have been, over the years, bear, moose, deer, raccoons, minks, fishercats, hawks, owls, all manner of bugs, salamanders, turtles, frogs and turkeys. There is a fox in residence these days - if you're lucky you'll see him. You never know what you're going to come across.
The cache is filled with matchbox cars. FTF is a set of baseball gards - you may need them further into the woods!
Have fun, and happy hunting!
