Geocache Description:

This cache takes you on a short walk along field paths and provides a wonderful view across the Derwent and Ecclesbourne valleys. It can be muddy if wet and there are stiles and hills to climb.

The coordinates given are for the Quarndon Millennium Topograph from which there is a wonderful panoramic view. The clues below will enable you to calculate the final coordinates of the cache which is hidden a short distance away.

Park on the service road just off Broadway, Duffield at N52°58.742', W1° 29.350'. Set your GPS to the coordinates of the topograph. Follow the public footpath to Bunkers Hill. Alternatively for a very short walk, park in Montpelier, Quarndon and follow the public footpath to Bunkers Hill.

The clues for the cache coordinates are all on the topograph on Bunkers Hill. Enjoy the view and best of luck finding the cache.

Cache coordinates are N52°AA.BBB' W1°CC.DDD

AA = The difference between the dates of East Midlands Airport and Rolls Royce Motor Car.

BBB = The height above sea level of Chesterfield Church plus 3.

CC = The difference between the heights above sea level of Alport Heights and Tideswell.

DDD = The age of Florence Nightingale when she died, multiplied by 5.

Enter the coordinates into your GPS and head off towards the Manor in which Mary Queen of Scots stayed.
