Geocache Description:

Mille Bornes (pronounced meel born) is a favorite card game I have played since childhood.

The object of the game is to race other players and achieve exactly 1000 km first, while slowing down your opponents with hazard cards.

Knowing a little something about the Mille Bornes game (especially the meaning of a Coup Fourré) will help you in your race for the cache. This is a ten stage (aproximately 5 kilometer walk) multi stage cache in the woods around Otterberg. Each stage after the first one contains a playing card that will help you find the next stage - but beware, some will contain hazard cards. You will need to have a copy of the below safety cards and be able to determine the appropriate card to get you past the hazards!

The first stage will bring you to a very appropriate place to begin your race (in case you need some practice ;) ). At Stage 1 you will see a speed sign behind the gate. Note the speed listed on the sign - XX

To determine the coordinates of stage 2:
N49° 30.(661+XX) E007° 46.(72-XX)

Stage 2 through 10 are micros with a playing card. Please do not remove the playing card from the container - you should be able to see all the information without opening it. I've checked the coordinates 3 times, but sometimes getting a good lock can be challenging. Be sure to take along the hint and the spoiler picture (along with the Safety Cards!)
