10/12/16 Due to recent landscaping you will be more easily seen by muggles.
Pierce County is seeing if it can create a multi use area out of an area that formally was off limits to the public. I like the idea myself, it makes sense to not waste the area when it isn't being used for it's primary purpose.
It has become a very popular area for dog owners.
During the winter when the area is being used for it's primary purpose the gates to the parking area will be closed and you can use the pedestrian gate off 74th Ave E & 116th St E or park by the closed main north gate.
