"Civic" Duty Traditional Cache

The cache is a regular sized container. It is covered with camouflage duct tape. There is a small hill at the cache site, so the terrain is a 1.5. The cache will require stealth as it is at the edge of a parking lot.
** If you take a trackable item (coin or anything with a dog tag), PLEASE log it! There have been a few things go missing from this cache, and I hate being the bearer of bad news to the owner. Thanks! **
