Back to Hogwarts
- School Trunk If you are pretty knowledgeable in all things
Potteresque, the difficulty is a 2.5, if not, and you have to do a
little research, then a 3.5.
Just under 1/2 mile round- trip from parking coordinates.
This cache is Harry Potter/Hogwarts themed, and stocked with all
sorts of Back-to-Hogwarts items, including a shoulder-style
back-pack,water-bottle carrier, parchment, quills, and erasers.
Hogwarts crest items include: Water bottles Folders Harry Potter
Trading Cards There are other items for the entire family.
**If you are a Potter-fan, please bring something you consider
”Magical” and are willing to trade for.
The “school trunk” is located in the same park that I found my
first cache.
The last five digits of each coordinate (North and West) will
have to be solved before you embark, so choose wisely. For Potter
fans, you will probably find this a cinch, but for those who have
lived without magic (Muggles and Sqibbs), it may be more of a
challenge. All of the answers can be found in your text “A history
of Magic”, by Bathilda Bagshot, or by going to the Harry Potter
Lexicon, or other sites...
Example: you are solving for North, 39 degrees, the next digit
will be the answer to question one, the second to answer number
two, etc. The same pattern will follow for the West coordinates.
***
Depending on the season, you could be viewed by Muggles, so wear
your invisibility cloak!!!
**** Good Luck!!!!!
