There's a few things to consider in order to find this cache:
1. Make sure you come here during the times this building is open to the public. As of March 2013, the hours posted are:

But if you want to be really sure, you can check the website that's listed in the hint. This cache is also not available on holidays, and there is no fee to enter this building.
2. There are usually quite a few muggles here. Please be very sly. Once you find the cache please retreat to a secluded spot, open the cache very carefully (it's a bit more fragile than your usual cache container) sign the log, and return it in a very sly manner.
3. The person in charge here has approved the cache but please do not bother the staff to help you find the cache. They are very busy helping the muggles and this cache was approved as a favor to the geocaching community.
4. Have fun! If you're stuck, there's a hint or two to help you out.
