We parked in the Central Middle School parking lot.
This is the third of our Historic Quincy Caches.
These coords take you sign, you do not need to go inside the fence.
This charming colonial estate was home to generations of Quincy's, who where one of Massachusetts' leading families. One descendant of the Quincy family was President John Quincy Adams.
This was the childhood home of Dorothy Quincy, who married John Hancock. John Hancock was the first governor of the commonwealth of Massachusetts and the first person to sign the Declaration of Independence.
During the pre-Revolutionary War Years this house was the meeting place for patriots John Adams, Josiah Quincy, Benjamin Franklin and John Hancock.
