Sente-se com as pernas cruzadas e as palmas das mãos
voltadas para cima, descontraia o corpo, respire de forma pausada,
feche os olhos e acalme a mente. Vai entrar numa fase de
relaxamento profundo.
Com os olhos fechados, imagine um sol no meio da
sua testa, concentre-se nesse sol. Retire todos os pensamentos
negativos da sua mente e procure descobrir o sentido da sua
vinda.

Sit down with your legs crossed and the palm of your
hands facing upwards, relax your body, breath steadily, close your
eyes and calm down your mind. You are going to enter into a phase
of deep relaxation.
With your eyes closed imagine a sun in the midle
of your forehead, focus on that sun. Remove all negative thoughts
from your mind and search for the meaning of your coming here.
