ROY G BIV is parked in ANOTHER lot. He moved from where he started out because the road to his location was blocked off (Titus Green Drive). Then his next spot became "private."

So he is parked at a different location, and the co-ords have changed.

The cache contents are GREEN. Please remember GREEN when you trade.
