Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden on the RED trail. The sign that is posted rates the trail as being a "moderate" difficulty level. The terrain is not too challenging, but could be a long walk if one wanted it to be. Altitude is about 293 feet.

This is the second cache I have hidden and is one of three that I hid during a trip from Ontario to out East. The first cache I hid is in PEI and the third is not too far from the second one. While we were in Nova Scotia visiting my grand father we also participated in the MS bike tour to raise money for the fight against MS. It was a busy week!

This cache is hidden on the RED trail that is rated as a "moderate" difficulty level, but there are many well marked and rated trails that you can access from the Black Rock Community Center.

The container is a Tupperware container wrapped in camouflage duct tape. A log book and a Nova Scotia keychain are contained in a large zip lock bag. A description and a note about Geo Cache (with web link) and two pencils and a pencil sharpener are also included in the contents.

Depending on the time of the year, there are lots of wild raspberries to snack on throughout out the trail.

Altitude is about 293 feet.

Hope you enjoy!
