Callaway Gardens® is a stunning Pine Mountain, Georgia, resort that blends the tradition of nature-inspired luxury and superior service with a new era of indulgence and dramatic rejuvenation. The comfort and elegance of this magical Georgia retreat is surpassed only by the mesmerizing beauty of its expansive natural surroundings.

This 7.5-acre demonstration vegetable garden began in 1960, the last major project initiated by the late Cason J. Callaway, Callaway Gardens’ co-founder. Today, professional gardeners continue “Mr. Cason’s” mission to demonstrate the best gardening techniques and display superior varieties of vegetables, fruits, and agronomic crops. Three large terraces in a semicircular design define Mr. Cason’s Vegetable Garden.
