Welcome to "Agoraphobia", the fourth cache in my Phobia Series.

This is a waterproof homemade PVC container.
This is a pretty easy one compared to the other Phobia caches, but pulling this one off undetected will be the real challenge! Due to geocaching guidelines, this is a Terrain 5 geocache because you will need special equipment to conquer this cache. You might want to consider timing as a vital key in safe, muggle free caching.
You should know where I decided to place this one when you get there. Try not to make a public scene retrieving it!
