Geocache Description:

As usual, the final cache is not at the above coordinates, but in this particular cache, you need to solve the puzzle in order to find out where WP1 is.

This cache is designed to get you looking at a map, or an atlas or the internet, and learning about our nation.

This cache may require enlisting some help from cacher(s) in another state. You can then all claim credit for finding the cache.

Directions:

1. Read this whole thing so you don't mess it up.
2. Solve the puzzle below.
3. Go find WP1, which will have the coords (in puzzle form of course) to WP2.
4. Either go to WP2 to obtain the coords (in puzzle form of course) to the third WP location, or contact another geocacher to go to WP2 for you. Work as a team if you need to.
5. Go to the final WP and sign the log for you and your team mate. Log it.

Please replace ALL containers back EXACTLY as you found them (or better) to make sure that this cache remains in operation as long as possible.

Now, take your answers and turn them into coordinates. There is a simple substitution pattern you need to figure out. It will make sense when you discover it. When you do, you will have the coordinates to WP1. Another geocacher will help you learn the coords to WP2, and then WP3, and finally you will take the last step to the final cache location, and sign everyone's names to the log. Good Luck. BYOP.
