Longview's First Traditional Cache
Prime Reviewer: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. This one is rated a 2.5 because the trees can throw the gps off. In all actuality, it should be a 1-1.5. Nice walking trail that connects at least four parks. We used to walk here when we lived up the road. Inside is: 1st place pin for the first finder, HotWheels Car, Emergency blanket, Sting Ease Wipes, Slinky, Waterproof Matches and Sewing Kit. As a perk we put 2 business cards to what we consider the BEST Cajun Food in Longview (maybe the world).
This one is about a 15 minute drive off of I-20. We recommend parking at: N32º 31.350' W94º 47.512'. This will give you a short walk through the park, with the hopes you might walk the whole thing. Please be careful when removing and replacing the cache. The spot is somewhat obvious, so I had to camoflauge it and the material used may fall. It is also in a very visible location, so watch for peeping eyes. Hope you enjoy this one.
