Second Location:
At this location you will find a statue that was erected in honor
of the 1996 Olympic Torch passing through Panama City
Beach.
At the base of the torch is a plaque with your next
clue.
For this part of the puzzle you will need to translate letters into
numbers (A=1, B=2, C=3 etc.)
Translate the first word of the second line (after "Fabricated by")
into numbers.
Use the first letter as Y and the second letter is

At this location you will find the Panama City Beach Veterans War
Memorial dedicated to all those that have fought for our
freedom.
For this part of the puzzle you will need to do some hunting, but
not with your GPSr.
The base of the memorial is created from tiles that have been
donated in honor of individuals from Panama City that have served
our country.
You are going to need information from three of these tiles to
finish this hunt.
