Bert, WE4NCS, began geocaching in mid 2002 when there were very few
geocaches and most were long hikes. His caches are legendary and
his contributions to furthering geocaching are numerous. He has
geocached the right way, having fun and enjoying the adventure, not
encumbered by politics, or lack of energy.
This event honors Bert for achieving 10,000 finds as well as his
friendship and hard work. If you consider him a friend and like his
way of geocaching - having fun and enjoying the adventure -
regardless of the number or type of finds, then come join us in
this exciting uplifting event.
The location is familiar, the time is 4 PM and hopefully there
will be some other nearby caches to find.
Looking forward to seeing friends of this prolific geocacher and
friend.
