The Village of Stanley, N.B. is home to the longest continuously
running agricultural fair in Canada. It’s a wonderful little fair
to take in, early in the Fall with lots of entertainment, horse
hauls,music, agricultural judging, a small midway, dance, suppers
and much more.
Tobacco can with usual items, log book and pencil. FTF = Tim’s
coupon.
Now for the serious stuff.
Everyone is whispering about Martha. I need her to meet me
behind the fair grounds so I can tell her a thing or two. Last
month she was skinny dipping up in Keswick and now she’s causing
havoc at the Stanley Fair. Apparently she switched her scabby
radishes with someone’s perfectly round radishes for judging in the
agricultural barn and won! I also heard she cheated in the horse
haul and pushed a pair of Clydesdale's over the line to victory.
The worst is her cake took first prize in the baking contest, a
cake she friggin bought at the Superstore! She's a good friend of
mine....but....
FTF = stickman756 Congrats!
