The cache is on solid ground, however, it is not wheelchair accessible. The only clue I have for you is provided in the name.
Note: Cache location has changed as of 10/10/07.
Cache is now a nano container. It is in a city park, so park hours do apply. Also stealth is a must, muggles play and eat nearby.
