Geocache Description:

I am soon taking my driver’s permit test. To help me with my studying here is a cache:
****THE COORDS ARE NOT THE LOCATION OF THE CACHE!*****
They are just a new parking spot. You can access the park from either the Nina’s North / Planet Panic / Letterbox Parking, or this one. This spot can only hold about 1, maybe 2 cars.
If you have not done the other caches, it might be better to park in the other area.

The cache is located at N 4 Z* 30.ABC W 72* 58.DEF. To find the correct numbers, take this test. The number in the Parenthesis ( ) is what number you put in if you think that answer is correct:

For example To Find Z: Vermont is a permit state which means: A (4) : You need a permit if you want to learn how to drive B (8) : You need a permit to live in Vermont
The answer is A so Z = 4 and the beginning of the coords is N 44.

To Find A: At signalized intersections when faced with a green light indication, left turning vehicles should always:
A (1) : check their right blind spot
B (0) : yield to oncoming traffic
C (2) : nose out to block traffic
D (3) : wait for the light to cycle

To Find B: You must stop at a railroad crossing when:
A (1) : the gates are down and there are flashing red lights
B (4) : there is a stop sign at the crossing
C (5) : a train is blowing its whistle or can be seen plainly
D (3) : any or all of the above can be seen or heard

To Find C: Before making a left turn, you should:
A (3) : slow down, move over to the right side of the lane or road, signal
B (7) : check for following cars, slow down, move to the left of the center line
C (1) : signal, slow down, check following cars, move to left side of your lane
D (5) : move into the right lane, check for following cars, and slow down

To Find D: Identify the following hand signal: The left arm and hand are extended straight out:
A (2) : right turn
B (4) : left turn
C (3) : slowing down
D (5) : stop

To Find E: A flashing red light means that:
A (8) : there is a pedestrian cross walk ahead
B (1) : you should slow down and proceed with caution
C (5) : the flow of traffic is about to change
D (2) : you should come to a complete stop, then go when it is safe to do so.

To Find F: A left turning vehicle has the "right-of-way" only when :
A (3) : the oncoming car is going slowly
B (9) : there are no lights
C (0) : faced with a green arrow indication
D (6) : there are no signs
