Loch Valley is a great place to visit and I've been trying to get here for a few weeks but have been stopped by trees across the road a few times. Even today I was nearly turned around by a sign telling me the bridge was closed on Gunns Rd (it's not). The cache is hidden very near the boundary of the catchment area of the Upper Yarra Dam where we are rightfully locked out. I hope you enjoy your trip in, keep a watch out for the many motorbike riders that also love it up here.
