A good trail to the highest peak in this area.
956M elevation gain over 6 Km. This hike is the most popular one among Rosslanders. On a sunny weekend day as many as 15 people may "crowd" this trail.
The cache is hidden in a 15 cm wide rock crevice. It is a translucent tupperware type plastic box with a blue lid in a large ziplock bag. Although it is classed as a small traditional cache there is nothing in it except a logbook and a pencil.
There is a former weather station on the peak which is open for shelter.
Check out the gravestone poetry which is 24 M. SSE (true 155 deg. bearing) from the cache.
Enjoy the view.

I would like someone to take over edit rights to this geocache. Send me an email and I'll look into changing ownership etc.
