OK - this is my salute to Pirates of the Caribbean. I thoroughly enjoyed all the movies. Loved Johhny Depp's portrayal of Capt. Jack Sparrow. Came across the log book (can't just walk by that), then the coin (who wouldn't what a pirate icon), a bunch of swag, then the Hook tb. Gotta run with it.
You are looking for a ammo can so no need to beat the bushes. It is hidden behind a chunk of wood. I noticed a bit of poison oak close to the cache but retrieval shouldn't be a problem.
After you return the cache, be sure and enjoy the view of Fern Ridge reservoir and the sailboats that are moored there. Seems like a great place for a little cantina.
First finder may help themselves to the Legend of the Black Pearl geocoin. Keep or pass along as you choose.
