The following is a list of us nutters taking part:
"Caching Commando's" allocated time is 10:36am but will be there
from about 10:00am.
Please be aware that the place will be very busy but we will
make sure that the geocaching supporters stand out from the crowd!
Mrs H of the Hancock Clan will be there with the event book and
most likely will be carrying a flag with the geocaching logo on it,
or something similar!
Just to confirm, we will meet at 10:00am at the above
co-ordinates (or as near as possible) on Saturday 13th October
2007.
At 10:36am "Caching Commando" will then set off following the 3
mile course around Woodbury Common, which can be downloaded
here as a pdf file.
We haven't a clue how long it will take (probably about 2 hours
depending how busy it is?) but near the end, at a place called
"Black Bog", there is a spectators area where you should be able to
get some good photos! The co-ordinates are N50°39.872'
W003°21.562'. Click here for a map.
When (if) "Caching Commando" finish you are welcome to stay and
watch the other teams or go and find some of the many caches
nearby. There should also hopefully be some new caches go live that
day (Mrs H will be giving out cache pages on the morning if
so).

Why not make a day of it and get two events in one day?...
Later on The Hancock Clan are also holding a leaving event as
they're shortly moving to Australia.

This event will take the form of an evening get together
starting at 5.30pm till late at the Nutwell Lodge nearby in
Exmouth. Details can be found
here.
***LATEST INFO*** The Lovely Tammy Hancock and rable will be
standing at the spectators area holding a jolly rodger flag. Please
find her so that you can sign the log book for the event. I have
just heard news that there will be at least 3 new caches coming
live on Woodbury for this weekend. See you there folks!
