Roadside Parking - N 52 37 435 W 001 46 233
A short circular countryside walk of about 1½ miles starting opposite the entrance gate to Hints Hall. The co-ordinates for roadside car parking are above but please note there is room there for only 2 or 3 cars; other parking spots are not too far away.
The walk is entirely on public footpaths and the caches are located alongside the paths. Please note that the walk passes through woodland which has been signed as private; the caches are not located in the woodland so please KEEP TO THE PATHS through these woods. The path goes through fields so please keep dogs on a lead. There are several stiles to cross and some portions are not buggy friendly. GPSr is not good around the car parking site.
There are 4 stages; the first 3 being micros containing the co-ordinates of the next stage. The final cache is a ½ litre Tupperware box in a black plastic bag with the usual goodies and a “First to Find” certificate. Please ensure that it is not visible after you have returned the cache to its hiding place.
Tweezers will definitely come in useful! A print of the paths may be helpful (from the Streetmap link below).
The clue to the location of the first micro is N52 37.*** W001 46.***.
