On August 25th 2007 we held a caching event. This event was
called Heron to El Vado Cache Encantado. 20 caches are in this
series.

a 30 cal ammo can that replaced the original container when it
developed cracks. Changed on Sept 14, 2008 Once a long time ago
this was a way into El Vado. The airport was grass, and supported
only small private planes. There were never any facilities
here.
