I was here to meet up with someone, and noticed a few people that were randomly sitting around awaiting a meet up also. There is plenty of parking. Easy cache n dash. Muggle activity is very very high here. People coming to and fro...sitting in cars, ect. so you your best stealth, or put on that cloak. Your geomobile may be very helpful in blocking the view of many. In fact there was a muggle across the lot that I had to wait out because he became very interested in what I was doing...
