This is a small cemetery in what was formerly known as New Burlington. New Burlington as a community was abandoned to make way for the new Caesar Creek Lake in 1971. The Lake and the State Park were dedicated in 1978. Most of the cemetery is still existant at this location. Portions of the cemetery are now located in the Spring Valley Cemetery, Spring Valley, Ohio. I have read many stories on this cemetery, including one from the person who was the gravedigger and how people treated him when they found out he dug the graves.
