Geocache Description:

*** THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED COORDINATES ***
*** COORDINATES CAN BE USED TO LOCATE PUZZLE AREA ***

Welcome to the second cache in the Shopping Center Scrutiny series: Sloane's Square! I really didn't know much about this center before today. Now, I know a whole lot of stuff; and, after this cache, you will as well.

Legal: This is not a commercial cache! As much time as I spent here creating this cache I couldn't even tell you all of the stores and offices that make it up. So, rest assured that I am in no way attempting to lead you to making purchases or contract services from anyone here.

History

A Market Square (or sometimes the market place) is a feature of many European towns. It is an open area where market stalls are traditionally set out for trading, commonly on one particular day of the week known as 'market day'.
A typical English market square consists of a square or rectangular area, or sometimes just a widening of the main street. It is always situated in the centre of the town, surrounded by major buildings such as the parish church, town hall, important shops and hotels, and the post office, together with smaller shops and business premises. There is sometimes a permanent covered market building, and the entire area is a traditional meeting place for local people as well as a centre for trade.
The largest Market Square in Europe is the Main Market Square in Kraków, Poland. Incidentially, the longest such square is also located in Poland, in the town of Pultusk.

The Cache

All of the information that you will need to obtain comes from this shopping center. Also, the cache container is located in the center as well. So, although you won't have to drive far between each of the questions to solve the puzzle, you may spend a little time and gas driving around the center a couple of times to answer them all.
You are looking for a small Camoed Pelican container with some trade items, a log, and a personal geocoin for FTF. Please replace and cover as well or better than found.

The four corners of the shopping center are:
35' 03.165 / 089' 43.750
35' 03.068 / 089' 43.772
35' 03.075 / 089' 43.829
35' 03.144 / 089' 43.834
The bogus coordinates is about the middle of the center and can be used to get you there.
The "borders" of the center are clearly discernible and the entrance is on Poplar Ave. There are no maybe's or trick questions here. The answers are either in the square or they are not.

The Puzzle

A) At the following coordinates there is a DRAIN cover with a placement date on it. What is the 2nd number of the day portion of the date on the cover?
35' 03.119 / 089' 43.792

B) How many ADA compliant parking spaces are there?

C) At the cords below you will find the last shopping bay on the corner. What is the second number of that suite address?
35' 03.129 / 089' 43.775

D) At the following cords there is a powerbox. On that box there is a barcode. Just below the barcode there are a set of numbers (look for red dots). What is the 9th number?
35' 03.102 / 089' 43.795

E) How many light poles with skirts are there?

F) At the coordinates below there is a power box. On the front of the box there is a word printed in white paint. Using the formula A=1/Z=26, what is the number corresponding with the 5th letter of the word?
35' 03.124 / 089' 43.790

G) How many gray fire hydrants are there?

H) How many orange poles with red stripes are there?

I) At the coordinates below you will find something. Use the choices below to find the number.
Rock=6, Lightpost=9, Fire-Hydrant=15, Dumpster=22
35' 03.139 / 089' 43.829

Solve for the formula below to find the cache. Please be careful of onlookers when finding and replacing the cache. Evenings and Sunday afternoons are great times to hunt here.

N35° 03.[(C+H)/12] [B+G-1] [F-19]
W89° 43.[E] [A+D+1] [(Ix4)/6]

Now, to the North subtract 10 and to the West subtract 7 to obtain the new cache container location.
