[CZ] Tato mystery cache vam priblizi par drobnosti z oblasti mikroelektroniky.
[EN] This mystery cache will show you few things from microelectronics.

[CZ] Na zadanych souradnicich cache nehledejte! Sidli zde firma, ktera vyviji pameti do integrovanych obvodu. I ja zde pracuji. ;-) Cache je na verejne pristupnem miste nedaleko.

S integrovanymi obvody (cipy) se jiste uz setkal kazdy z vas, nase okoli je jimi doslova precpano. V hodinkach, casto i rucickovych, ktere mate na ruce. V pocitacich i navigacich, ktere pouzivate k lovu. V autech, televizich i treba v modernim sporaku. Dnes uz prakticky ve vsem, co je na elektriku. Vetsinou je to miniaturni kremikova desticka zalita do cerneho plastu se spoustou malickych kovovych nozicek, ktera v sobe na jedinem ctverecnim milimetru muze skryvat miliony tranzistoru pripadne i dalsich mikroelektronickych soucastek.

Pokrok a naroky na slozitejsi funkce a vyssi rychlosti si zada integraci stale vyssiho poctu tranzistoru na stale mensi a mensi plochu. Soucasne, zpravidla CMOS, technologie pracuji s velikostmi tranzistoru radove v desitkach nanometru. To prinasi nova uskali pro vyvoj a vyrobu takovych obvodu.

Tranzistory jsou tak male, ze dochazi k preskoku elektronu i skrze hradlo, vysoke jen nekolik molekul SiO2, kde by zadny proud tect nemel. The first integrated circuit was invented by Jack Kilby in the year C.

The unit of length very often used in microelectronics is 1 Angström. The number of one meter converted to Angströms has D zeros.

The CMOS inverter has E transistors in total, F NMOS.
