Easy to find; you need a flash light for this one. I pinpointed the exact location on google maps.

Is next to the City Hall of Lily Lake, which is actually a barn. This one won't be very hard to find, you'll just need a flash light. BEWARE OF MUD AND FROGS; THERES LOTS OF EM'.
