Small Town "Ward" Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Land Surveyor: Some of the numbers at Stage 1 have been removed and there is no indication that they are going to be replaced (though several cachers figured it out with a let help from Google). Then the container at the final coords keeps disappearing. This one has had a good run but it's time to put it to rest and free up the space! Who knows, maybe a new & improved version will pop up one day!

This multi-stage cache starts in the heart of town. The coordinates will take you to an object that looks off track! "A", "B" & "C" can be found on the side of it. The other five numbers can be found predominently displayed on the front of the building just west of the object. Fill in the blanks below & do a little math to find the final stop!
