Visit MVG's WebSite

Get ready for a Screamin good time with the cachers of the Miami Valley!

-When: Saturday Night October 27th start time is 5pm Sharp!

-Where: Cowan Lake State Park

-Who's Invited: Everyone!

- Schedule of Events:
5:00 pm - Carry-in dinner at the shelter
6:00 pm - Event Caches
8:00 pm - Prizes and chat

-Each Cache you find will have some type of trinket for you to take and keep. (6 Total caches to Find)

-You can pack as many people into the car as you wish as this is NOT a race.

-Prizes will be handed out at the end of the event.

-This should take about 1-2 hours to play and end with a group chat about Geocaching as we hand out some prizes

-This is a FREE Cache Event and all we ask is that you let us know that you are coming out. Just post a message here on Geocache or E-Mail us your coming and how many. This will help us make sure that we have stuff for everyone!


-Event is Kid Friendly

-Event will take you around a few areas of the park!
-We will keep the hikes very short.

We will then hand out a few prizes and chat before ending the night.


Several cachers will be camping for the weekend if you would like to come earlier in the day to do some group caching or grab the island cache. A canoe will be available.
Stop by campsite 237 or 211 to join in with the rest of the days activities.
