Stupid title, has absolutely nothing to do with this cache. Just an idea I had for one of my Hanford, Ca caches and never put into action. The logbook came in handy for this one, so I just added ‘La Pine’ and Voila!
Take a short walk in the woods. Early in the morning is the best time. Take time to smell the pines, listen to the hum of power lines that shadow the transmission road, look for wildlife camouflaged among the trees and shrubs. Reflect on things esoteric. Question existence. Wonder about reality. Think. Dream. Know you are safe here, as this place is a haven for all things living. Take nothing but memories, leave only the proverbial footprint.
I love these woods and I want to share them with you. I guarantee you will get your smiley face, one way or another.

This is your typical ammo can, hidden in the woods cammo’d by logs and twigs, however not on the ground. Please rehide well. I spent a long time getting the cache to stay ‘balanced’ here, and then to find appropriate cover for it. Please take time to make sure it is hidden as best as possible. If you are not able to rehide it sufficiently, there is an alternate location nearby along the FS Road – a tall, old stump at N43 42.486 W121 25.966. Please nestle it in there, cover with a log or two, and email me so I can change the coords on this cache. Thank you!
