Geocache Description:

My first trio of caches. Hope that there will be more in the near future.

Walton I.O.O.F. cemetery is located a little less than 1 mile north of Walton, IN on county road 650. The ground that the cemetery now sits on was purchased from George Lucas (who is buried just east of here in The Vennard Cemetery) by the Walton Chapter #314 of the Internal Order of the Odd Fellows in 1890. The first internment was that of William Stough. Others were transferred here that died earlier.
Cache is a small camo'd pill bottle about the size of a 35mm film canister with just a log so bring your own pen or pencil. Please take caution to return the cache to exactly the same place that you found it so that it will be there for the next cacher.
As with any cemetery hide please be respectful of the area. If there are any problems with the cache please post here and I will look into it as soon as possible.
