Look high, look low...look all around. But you're better off looking off the ground.

Lying within a park along the Esplanade, ODS #24 (aka The Palms within the Papers) has travelled far to be found many times in a new region. Resting peacefully within a Paper-bark Tree this cache is a short distance from two other caches. Within the cache rests a few items whose journey originated in the United States. While the cache can be located by someone in a wheelchair, they will need assistance in retrieving the cache. B.Y.O.W.I. (Bring Your Own Writing Instrument)
