Large pickle jar near recycle bins.

Now, after a long day of CITO you can finally CITI. This cache is located at the DSWA transfer station on Pine Tree Road. It is hidden near the recycle bins so you have access even when the facility itsself is closed. Bring your recycleable CITO trash to dispose of. Have fun.
