The Honor System Traditional Cache
offline.cacher: The general rule reviewers use to archive a cache is that the cache owner has been notified (through a log entry) by the reviewer and that no response has been forthcoming in 30 days. This is the case with this cache. As a result it has been archived.
If the owner would like to discuss this issue, please contact me through my geocaching.com profile. Include the GC code for the cache.
Thanks

A simple little cache that demonstrates honor among cachers.
An Honor System is a philosophical way of running a variety of endeavors based on trust, honor, and honesty. A person engaged in an Honor System has a strong negative concept of breaking or going against it. The negatives may include community shame, loss of stature, loss of a personal sense of integrity and pride or in extreme situations, banishment from one's community.
We cachers are a noble and trustworthy group. This cache is proof of this fact. The cache contained a special prize, and a standard log book with some special pages numbered 1-10. The tenth cacher to find this cache got to keep some cold hard cache cash. The first nine finders got an even greater prize - their honor is now forever memorialized in the log book. Although the prize has been claimed, this cache is still available for those who would like to see what honor is all about.
The official parking lot off of Jermantown Rd is strongly recommended. N 38° 51.413 W 077° 19.769
