Hike to the pond is through head-tall brush on level, easy-to-follow, maze-like path.
Cache is near a placid pond in a county-owned natural area that few people know about. There are no facilities in this area. Cache contains a few small items and a log book. Bring a camera and wear long pants and long sleeve shirt. Park at N 47 44.809 W 122 05.989. Trailhead is across the street. Good picking for blue berries and black berries in season.
