Geocache Description:

Another cache in Hunters Creek Trails Park. Park in the lot off Centerline Road and follow the trails to the Stone Fireplace. Take the trail between the access road and the creek - other wise you will be climbing down or up.
There are several vernal pools on both sides of the creek in the park. These are seasonal wet areas between the shale banks of the valley and the moraine ridges in the valley. These are unique amphibious habitats. Please do not trespass, as this environment is very fragile.
