Easy Access.
The coordinates for this are off (Try N45 33.968 / W117 32.857) and
you should find it. You won't have to cross the fence. Just outside
Wallowa along side Bear Creek Rd. You can park just off the road.
The owner will allow just walking inside the fence, but you can
reach over/under the fence.
