Geocache Description:

A very easy grab, totally accessible

This one is a continuation of a theme I tried to start on the other side of the highway. That one had to be moved to Tulare's rest stop 'Hide the Rest SB'. I have added 'Hide the Rest NB' opposite it and now this one after finally finding the one here. This one is only technically at the rest stop.
