Geocache Description:

I love the Motown sound of the 60’s, so I’m going to place a couple of caches with a Motown theme. If you, too, remember that era fondly (or have learned about it on the History Channel!), feel free to add your own cache to the Motown Series.

Aretha Franklin--the Queen of Soul, Lady Soul, the first woman inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame... She sang at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s funeral and Bill Clinton's inauguration. No one comes close to her gospel-infused delivery. Long live the Queen!
