Where's Billy Bob? Multi-Cache

This 1.5 mile roundtrip, easy, four part multi easily accessed by a fairly flat trail.
Howdy! This is Cuzin Jethro from Irak. I was a wonderin if you Delaware folks could help me out. Billy Bob has been a missing about a fortnight. He and Big Bubba Bodine a come up from Tennessee to do a last party before I got shipped out to Irak. My buddies and me done drunk up Bubba’s first batch of moonshine but Bubba went back to Tennessee and sended me some more which I placed in a super big cache specially made for Delaware folks. They call that cache Billy Bob’s Itty Bitty Mountain Kash (GC15JKV)
Billy Bob was spotted a couple a weeks ago at that super big cache. That was the lastest place he was seen. Delawhere and Evanspack sez that he was a hiking, with his trusty gun in one hand and a jar a ‘shine in the other hand. He was a pestering that blond fairy geogal, Tinkerbell, (GC1541X), but she probably sprinkled some sorta pixie dust on Billy Bob cuz he finally got disgusted and left her alone. He was a talking about either finding himself another blond geobabe to party with or he was a going hunting for a fawn that should be a big buck this year. Last year Billy Bob shot the fawn’s momma but the fawn done got away.
Now y’all be careful with Billy Bob. He is my cuzin but that don’t mean he is a nice man. Big Bubba is madder than a wet hen cause he thinks that Billy Bob done stole the secret ingredient recipe for Big Bubba Bodine's Pure Tennessee Mountain Corn Mash Moonshine. Billy Bob been in trouble with the law before, for a pestering women folk. He never went to prison but he is a supposed to be under house arrest. Billy Bob jus’ laughed when he heard that cause Billy Bob don’t got no house, he lives in a shack. Sho, Billy Bob got his good points, he can make a downright tasty blue hen stew and with his trusty gun he can shoot the wattle off a rooster at a hundred paces. But when he gets a jar a moonshine in his hand...well, jus’ be careful, ok?

Hi folks, this is Delawhere, thank-you for helping search for Billy Bob. Here are some of the search details.
This is supposed to be a quick, fun multi. All of the stages are regular sized containers and all are hidden in a similar manner. They are all located about 10-60 feet off of the trail so very little bushwhacking is needed. Although the final is a regular sized container, the cache log is in a small container.
To access the trail, enter the woods near the parking coordinates and keep to the right. There is where the small path joins the larger trail. The trail takes you to all four stages. You will need to turn left where the trail passes under the broken tree.
The EFF that is mentioned in the earlier logs was a "special feature" that involved one of the stages. The EFF will not work in cold weather so I removed it in the fall. I am not sure if I will replace it in the spring since it was a bit messy. Email me if you have found the cache and would like to know more about the EFF.
