Cache is located in Sawmill Park in Butler Township. This park has a lot of trails and open space. It is a great place for sled riding in the winter. Nice place to take a hike or take the dog for a walk. You will have to walk up a steep hill to get to the trail to cache.
Park is off of Sawmill Run Rd. which is off of Butler Rd/South Duffy Rd. or Meridian Rd. on the other end.
Entrance to park is at N 40° 50.825 W 079° 56.332 on a sharp bend on Sawmill Run Rd. You cross over a small bridge and proceed to the right to a large gravel lot. You can park in front of the fence at N 40° 50.913 W 079° 56.382.
From here you need to walk through the gate on the fence and down the road towards the big hills. You need to walk to the hill to the south.
Start your uphill walk at N 40° 50.926 W 079° 56.471.
Trail to cache starts near the top of the hill at N 40° 50.866 W 079° 56.506
Take some time and enjoy the park. Please help clean up and take some trash out with you. Look for more caches in the area in the future.
