LZ33: Since this geocache has been unavailable for months, I'm archiving the listing to keep it from showing up in search lists and preventing proximity issues for new geocache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the geocache in the immediate future, contact a volunteer reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll un-archive it.

Geocache Description:

If you thought you would never see the end of the earth, you might when you get here. Located in one of the most quaint and remote communities in our fair county, you will find this cache, hopefully. This dirt road can be a bit rough, so the cache gets a 2.5 on the terrain.

This cache is located in an old cemetery with only 8 marker stones, with birth and death dates in the 1700s and 1800s. There are many more graves marked with simple red bricks, placed on one end to mark a grave. Most likely, this would denote burial locations of family slaves (an unfortunate portion of our local history). This cemetery is buffered on three sides by private property, so there is one way to approach it. Not hard to find. Come by way of the road, and you will be in the right spot. Lots of spider webs from tree to ground so watch your step. Also, there are a bunch of thorns. Be sure to say hey to the Horsleys and Smiths.

In respect for the location please help tidy it up by picking up fallen branches and any other debris.
