Welcome to Keller Hollow Road.
The shoulder is quite wide and you should be able to pull off this low-traffic road without any problems. Not recommended for night caching due to the proximity of the roadway.
Once, when I was about 14-years-old, I coasted on my bicycle from the top of the hill to the west all the way down to the bridge and a quarter of the way of the eastern side. The thought terrifies me today.
Be careful as you drive this area- there's loose gravel on both slopes and if you don't slow down you may experience some of the same white-knuckle terror that I did all those years ago. I'll say it one more time, DRIVE SLOWLY. I don't want to hear about cachers being fished out of the creek.

You're looking for an hotdog-sized cache that's larger than a nano or pico but smaller than your average adult python. Cache is NOT on the road. If you want more info then consult the encrypted hints below.
One more thing: Stay away from the posted private property. There's no reason to cross any fences, gates, or even roped off areas. You may have to cross the road (depending where you park) but there's no need to go hunting around the wooded areas.
