***UPDATED 2/16/08 I decided to make this a little more straight
forward with only a few people able to solve the puzzle.
I’ve made my puzzle-caches with the intention of being
interesting and fun, not necessarily impossible to solve. I hope
this one fits the bill. Unlike my “Easy As Pi?” cache, the math on
this one is much simpler!
When you break the code, the coordinates you’ll find will bring
you to a spot on a street between two cross-streets (a “court” and
a “road”) with interesting names (BRING A CALCULATOR WHEN YOU
GO!).
Assign all letters of the street that involves an animal a value
(A=1, B=2, etc.) and multiply those values together (ignore the
space in the street name). Subtract 18,525,916 from that product to
get the digits for the north coordinates: N XX XX.XXX

person a value (A=1, B=2, etc.) and multiply those values together.
Subtract 56,919,156 from that product to get the digits for the
west coordinates: W XX XX.XXX

Congratulations to Cachelovskys and gotta run for
cracking the the initial (& more difficult) code! As of
2/16/08, I have revised the puzzle to make it easier to solve.
As with all my puzzles, I'm happy to give more hints after there
is a FTF -- just send me a message.
