How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Join us for a day of caching and storytelling. The event will be at a pavilion in the Morrilton city park. The area is wheelchair accessible and all are Welcome. The thing we like almost as much as geocaching is talking about geocaching and we thought it would be a way to drag some cachers into our little corner of the world.

Activities for the day will include a Poker run, a Camo contest for the crafty folks and a Kids cache with something on the sweet side.

You can pick up the coordinates at 9 am for the POKER RUN at the pavilion. The Event will start at 10 am until 2 pm maybe later. Lunch will be around Noon with Hot Dogs, chips and soda. The door prize and Poker game starting at 1 pm.
Candy cache - nothing, like candy for the little ones, this should be a favorite.
Camo contest – bring your best-dressed container and let everybody judge your talent or sickness.

The city allows residents to use the pavilion free of charge so we can have as long as we need it. We will be listing everyone that has donated door prizes for the event. Please email me if you would like to donate something or any suggestions on things to do. I will try to place a ad in the local paper to raise interest in GEOCACHING in our area. We may ask for volunteers to help with anyone who would like to see what Geocaching is all about.

Legoguys has written a proclamation for the mayor that November 3, 2007 is "GEOCACHING DAY in MORRILTON"
